“There's quite a line for this tiny little place. And the lines are either for good food or convenience.
I am happy to say that this place is both. I reallly enjoyed it.
They clearly use good beans, and the drinks are made fresh.
What made this enjoyable was the absolute flavor of chocolate liqueur. It made this drive through latte feel sophisticated and well crafted.
If I lived nearby, I'd made my way through the menu.“

“I love this location and the staff. They are sooo sweet and friendly, they always know my go to rushes, either a blue Hawaiian or beach bum with extra pineapple. they make me smile all the time and I love seeing them bright and early before i go into work. One morning, one of them wrote "happy Saturday :)" and I didn't realize it until I drove off and the little things like that make it for me. I wish I knew her name😬 shout to her though!! “I've heard so much about this bakery, and was excited to visit. I lucked out as it was not too long of a line, and the bakery was still fully stocked at 10 am. It was hard to make a decision as everything looked so good, but I settled on a chocolate croissant, morning bun with walnuts, and a chocolate brownie. The chocolate croissant was airy but barely had any chocolate in it, so that was disappointing. Had I known that would be the case I would've purchased one of their regular croissants instead as they looked really good. The morning bun was a little overdone in my opinion as the edges were a little burnt. I tried it at room temperature and it was just okay, but I ended up heating it up and that is what it needed as it was really good when warm. The brownie is the star of the show (and the reason the bakery got four stars instead of three overall). The brownie was super fudgy, exactly how you want the perfect brownie to be!! Service was just okay, the person helping me wasn't very personable and just handed me the bag and walked away without saying anything.“

“One of my favorite croissants that I have eaten. Really delicious flavour and flaky exterior. The inside was chewy and things were good. The almond croissant was also amazing and different from others I have had. It was like a snail with almond paste. I enjoyed that it wasn't super sweet and heavy like the twice-baked almond croissants soaked in simple syrup that i am used to. The rustic loaf that I have been slowly working through is also amazing. When I am in Portland again I will certainly be returning to try other breads and pastry. The server was very helpful and friendly which made the whole experience pleasant. The smell of fresh bread and pastry inside the bakery is intoxicating.“

“I ordered a carrot cake from Norimoto Bakery for my birthday, and it was absolutely incredible! The flavor was perfectly balanced, just the right amount of sweetness and it was moist and light. The frosting was also so light and delicious, it complemented the cake beautifully instead of overpowering it. You can really taste the care and exceptional baking skill in every bite. Thank you, Norimoto, for making my birthday extra special! Also just look at how beautifully the cake was decorated with flowers. Highly recommend to anyone who loves truly amazing baked goods.“

“My favorite bakery! Every product is of the highest quality. Love the Danish, cinnamon buns. and the breads. And to top it all off, it is nestled in a small neighborhood.“

“Adorable vibes and the donuts were 11/10. Stopped with our kids and tried the cookies and cream. Possibly the best donuts I’ve ever had. They are mini and you have to order in packs of 6 with one flavor. I wish they did a flight so you can try different ones without committing to a few boxes. Cost is reasonable as well!“

I asked if they could make it a golf ball and he said they would try, but weren’t sure they could do that (he said they’d make it golf theme if the ball wasn’t feasible and I was perfectly fine with that). They were able to make the golf ball and it came out better than I was hoping for! I was also blown away by how reasonable the cost was. Definitely recommend them for custom cakes!“

“Rarely do I leave a review, but this place is outstanding and definitely deserves the hype! So good we returned for a second time over the course of our long weekend stay. First of all, the vibes inside this cute little café are immaculate. All the staff were warm, inviting (both times we went) and very attentive to provide a great dining experience. But let’s get to the best part, which is truly the food (the Como se dice Bon Giorno sandwich to be specific). The English muffins are made in house, and you can tell the difference! They take their delicious baked staples and curate them for the holiday/season. Is it a little pricier? Sure but nothing unexpected for dining in the Portland area, and the quality most certainly justifies the price. I highly recommend and definitely plan to return on following trips, as this is our new staple for breakfast in the Portland area!“

Recently I have been going and there is a girl working with long braids and she unfortunately is not friendly. I have never met an unfriendly girl at aromas until now. She may want to work at the Dunkin locations with the other rude employees.“
