I was not expecting the man to be as friendly as he was. After all he was taking care of the drive thru and walk in customer all by himself on new years eve. I applaud him and his friendly, helpful attitude.
We came to this Dunkin location early in the morning just now to grab quick coffees. There were three young ladies working inside, getting set up for the day. As we were waiting for our coffees, one of the ladies started to talk to the other one about what great team work she thought they exhibited yesterday and how they helped support each other throughout the day or time and how great it was and how she just wanted to acknowledge it and call it out.
