What can I say? It's Dunkin! Always reliable! Prompt service. Busy but not too busy for good customer communications and service with a smile!
Slow slow service but think they were understaffed.

Dunkin is a popular spot known for its drinks and treats, although there have been recent changes in policies that some customers find frustrating. Despite this, the drive-through service is consistently efficient and the staff are friendly and fun, like Tim who went above and beyond for a customer. Customers have been pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, even during busy times like New Year's Eve. At one visit, the teamwork and support among the employees were praised, highlighting the positive atmosphere and dedication of the staff. This Dunkin location stands out for its great employees and managers who create a welcoming environment for customers.
