Every single time I have both ordered and got to the pickup window, I have never been met with anything but wonderful, warm employees who genuinely seem to love their job! I cannot say enough good things about them ALL.. that crew really puts the extra mile in and makes all of the customers feel welcome & leave with a smile. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! =)“

“For many of us DD employees are the first people we interact with everyday. That brief encounter can be very pleasant especially at the Waterboro store. Unfortunately the employees get robbed of their well earned tips by management . I have never seen this before. In today's day and age employees are becoming very scarce and employers are doing everything they can to keep good help yet this store is hell bent on destroying thatSuch a shame“
“Every time I go here, the drive thru takes forever, they are NOT organized. The 1 star is for the convenience, it’s a great location if they can get their act together.EDIT:Since the last post this location has improved immensely! I did give them another try, and found the staff were more organized, friendly and service was so much better! WELL DONE!“
“Passing through North Berwick, I stopped at Dunkin’ and got a blueberry muffin to go and to have for the next day. It was $1.89. With Maine Prepared Foods Tax of 16 cents, it was $2.05. At first, I was disappointed with the muffin because not many blueberries were visible. But, when I cut it in half, I found a lot of blueberries inside. The muffin was light and cakey. This one had a little more sugar on the top than I care for. The muffin met my expectations of Dunkin’. Like other muffins I’ve had Dunkin’, it was very good. I rate my experience at 4.0. “Went on a Sunday morning. Place was very busy! Line moved fast and employees were very nice. Very cute place. Got a hot chocolate, 8 mini donuts and a bacon breakfast sandwich on a bagel. Bagel was amazing! Hot chocolate very rich and delicious as well. Donuts are a hit with the whole family. Great place!“
