Very rude staff I ordered a ice coffee they brought me a hot coffee I told him it was a ice coffee he got mad gave me a dirty look it was on Sunday at about 415 pm
Asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant, got it in a plain bagel. The label also said plain bagel so I can’t blame it on the guy who made the sandwich, but seriously what the heck. Croissant sounds nothing like bagel. Also took them several minutes to make it when they were not busy whatsoever. I’ve done this job in the past, seriously isn’t that hard. Come on guys.
Suggest that if staff cannot seem to fill an order at drive up, they move the waiting car ahead and let the others behind transact. I waited 10 minutes for someone to get one beverage that I could see handed to them. Meanwhile me and six other cars were left waiting. By the time I got to the window all the other orders had been stacked up. Could've solved the problem by having the Car with the mixed up order move ahead.
