“My wife purchased ice cream cones here several times during our stay in Ogunquit. She had the milky way flavor each time because she loved it so much on her first visit. I have a gluten allergy, so I could not try this flavor, but their mint chip was pretty good when I finally had ice cream, too. They have a large binder with allergy information, which provides some piece of mind. The service staff was younger kids on summer jobs and they were friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to other visitors.“
“Spent the noodling around the area from Kennebunkport to Wells to Ogunquit. Stopped in for a Dublin Fog latte and a raspberry Danish. My friend had a White Mocha Latte (proclaimed as "over-the-top delicious ") and an almond croissant. The place has other offerings on menu boards and a plethora of macarons and light lunch options. Tables either accommodate twos or fours and there's a quaint if claustrophobic charm to the ambiance.“
“Breakfast sandwiches are excellent and the woman working there was so nice! My husband really enjoyed his latte. Bonus you could order online and everything was waiting for us. We then went next door to the Belle Farm gift shop and that was very impressive. It had a lot of unique items. The woman working there was also incredibly nice! Looking forward to returning to both places!“
“The absolute best service and donuts you’ll ever experience. The staff is so kind and thoughtful. They always go out of their way to ensure you’re happy. The donuts are unbelievable, you’d never know they’re vegan. Worth driving far for too. Usually takes an hour and a half drive for me and they never disappoint. Thank you Lovebirds!!Dietary restrictions: Vegan“
“I’ve driven by Bread & Roses Bakery probably a Thousand times, each time saying to myself “I NEED to check this place out!”. Well to my delightful surprise, my son; Brycen, unknowingly brought me home an Iced Coffee & the Amazing ‘Pumpkin Whoopie Pie’ pictured below. The cake is moist, soft & lightly sweetened unlike others that feel like you’re biting into a 1lb bag of Sugar! The nutty Pumpkin flavor of what typically is made of Cinnamon & Nutmeg is also light and tastes Fresh! Non “Pumpkin Lovers” would also enjoy this ‘Pie’ as the flavor is not overwhelming and doesn’t take away from the deliciousness of the cake! The filling is sweet & creamy with a perfect texture. It is also slightly flavored with the Pumpkin spices but again, it is only a light flavor. This particular “Whoopie Pie” was purchased from the Ogunquit Beanery who apparently get the pies from Bread & Roses which I Just found out while writing this review. Regardless of where it was purchased the product is Amazing and I Highly recommend checking this place out!“
“Wonderful little coffee shop. We went in the off season and were grateful to find a place that made good espresso drinks, albeit a little milky (my doublecappucino was more like a latte). The eclectic shop reminds me of Nicholas coffee and tea in Pittsburgh, selling an array of things besides coffee and tea - Maine knicknacks, funny napkins, soap, jams and the like. There are good chocolates and pastries and sandwiches, which will sample next time. There are a handful of tables in back near the barrels of wonderful smelling coffee. We loved sipping our drinks here and looking around.“
“Trendy little place. Some space to sit outside but mostly people just take it to go. When I was there on a Sunday morning, there was a wait to get an order about 15 minutes which was fine for me. We had a toast which was good, smoothie bowl and sweet basil smoothie (pink) and date nut (green). The prices here are not cheap ($8) but seems to be good quality ingredients“
“Stopped in with our three year old daughter. We wanted a casual atmosphere where we could get food to go. To our surprise there was a small dining space so we were able to dine in. Excellent coffee and tea selection. Ordered 3 Sammies, a donut, juice, coffee and tea and spent $26. Pricing was fair, will visit again.Kid-friendliness: Loved that we found a place that offered breakfast that could be eaten in the car or on site. Enjoyed not having to sit at a traditional restaurant and have a server etc.“
“The Blue has been our favorite coffee shop and breakfast spot since we considered moving to town five years ago. We first visited because they opened so early and have since taken anyone that visits, gone after every hair cut, and really any excuse we can come up with. We love that walking in feels like visiting family.Be sure to try their signature focaccia breakfast sandwich, it is everything a breakfast sandwich should be! The Cassie is my favorite drink I never knew I needed.Vegetarian options: Almost everything is vegetarian-friendly and if it isn't, it can be made that way.Parking: There is on street parking out front and a parking lot behind. The parking lot behind is for several other businesses so sometimes it is full. There are other parking spaces on the road and public parking lots within walking distance.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of foods kids will enjoy and drinks for any age group! I take my toddlers regularly.“
“My wife and I absolutely love this place. We used to go to their storefront in Ogunquit starting many years ago, and while we're sad to see their limited operating hours at the Wells location (compared to before) and the lack of display cases like they used to have, the quality is still top notch and the workers are fantastic. Amazingly delicious breads and pastries, including a phenomenal blueberry crumb loaf and dinner-plate-size choc chip cookies. The outdoor atmosphere and seating is more relaxing in this location and there's plenty of parking, which was definitely a challenge in the old spot. Ogunquit's loss is Wells' gain. Open 7-1, be sure to check this place out - you'll be glad you did.“
“This was the only local coffee option for miles and it had everything you could want for a nice breakfast snack or meal. Fresh made egg sandwiches and baked goods like donuts scones and fritters and coffee and various espresso drinks too. Give this place a try the service was very friendly and fast and there was plenty of seating. Nice and clean too!“
“quick easy food. actual food always tastes like chemicals. no other dunkin in the area does, but fast service and great people. i suggest getting a donut over a wake up wrap. my order is a medium iced coffee with no sugar or creame add chocolate sauce. try it out.“
“This is the third time we've stayed at The Cliff House Resort and it never disappoints! They offer one of the most fabulous, peaceful and tranquil views along the northeastern coast. The facility it beautiful and everything you need is available on property. The staff is friendly, professional and most amenable at remedying any and all challenges that may occur. We'll be back for sure!“
“I just have to come on here to speak about one of the employees Michael. He is usually at the cash register. What an incredible employee he is. I've witnessed him a few times that I've been there. He always greets the customer with a smile and a friendly hello. He genuinely seems to really care about the service he gives and that customers receives. On the last day I was there (8/20/23) it was a particularly busy Saturday. He kept his cool and worked efficiently but still made every customer at his register feel like they were the only one there. He's certainly a huge asset to the Dunkin team and deserves all the kudos (and a raise)!“
“If you're looking for a cookie cutter, bland, no salt breakfast, this is NOT FOR YOU. The food is amazing, Kasha very clearly cares for her customers, and her son walking around trying to help will bring a smile to anyone who appreciates a family business. It's the family atmosphere my family of four was looking for as now locals.“
“Just coffee, cakes and the staff, they are perfect. Many choices for coffee. No heavy food so when you walk in the smell is soooo gooood. With the coffee, just look for a cake and you are good to go. People are so gentle, polite, helpful. This is a relax place that we found. Love it.“
“Some of the best bagels I've had. Compares will to The Bagelry in Bellingham, WA. Great selection of fresh bagels and spreads, to go with the bagels. They have a gluten free option, as well. Lots of drink options to pair with your food.“
“The location here usually has courteous employees. The food is decent and when served fresh cooked, it’s usually piping hot. I have gotten iced tea here lately and enjoyed each flavor variation that I’ve tried. The window usually has speedy service, though the car line can be a long wait.“
“Stopped in for breakfast after spending the night at a nearby hotel (which did not supply breakfast). This is one of the nicest looking Dunkin' establishments I've ever seen. We enjoyed egg and cheese sandwiches on English muffins and coffees. Everything was very good, and the coffee, which I tend to find somewhat weak at most Dunkin' establishments, was quite rich and tasty. Service was friendly and efficient. The interior was bright and clean. More than ample parking was available.“
“We had 30 minutes to spare before an appointment so we stopped in here for food, drink and restrooms. The chai tea latte was fine but the service was slow as they dealt with a large volume of drive thru customers. The service was rather half-hearted the staff who were probably tired after a long shift but showed little enthusiasm and less focus on a friendly smile to customers.Parking: 20+“
“Cute little store with an amazing and large selection of tea and loose leaf teas! Great little things to get as gifts too for friends and family. I would highly recommend stopping in here if you are in the center of town. Clean and friendly environment“
