During vacation time in Maine, I went to this Dunkin’ after a few stops for antiquing and other shopping. This Dunkin’ is constructed differently from most. The building is more like a house. On the drive-thru, I ordered a large decaf iced coffee with not too much ice, half & half, a good amount of milk and two packets of Sweet ‘N Low. It was great to find a Dunkin' Donuts right on the main drag in Wells where everything was fresh, the staff was really friendly and helpful, and the COVID-19 guidelines were followed quite carefully. Don't usually write many reviews about a Dunkin' Donuts since we stop at them so often, but this location warranted a shout out.

I just have to come on here to speak about one of the employees Michael. He is usually at the cash register. What an incredible employee he is. I've witnessed him a few times that I've been there. He always greets the customer with a smile and a friendly hello. He genuinely seems to really care about the service he gives and that customers receives.
