Carnitas phenomenal, I have had two different salads - both delicious and substantial. They always have a fun selection of muffins, they have homemade jam, staff have always been friendly. It can get quite busy but only because the food is sooo good ?

Listen, I'm a corned beef Hash in a can type of girl. Many times I've had "home-made" CBH in a restaurant and been disappointed. I made the decision to try the home-made CBH at Rick's... and it was magical. The corned beef was just the right toughness and the potatoes and peppers were cooked perfectly. The staff here were so happy and upbeat even on a cold Maine day in March. Thank you all for a great experience, I will definitely be back!
