Small shop trying to do a lot with a little. Has a nice crowd, and good outdoor seating. Shop is run by a family that is very friendly but struggles with the volume of orders. Coffee is fine (nothing notable) and the Cogdon donuts are appreciated. Seems to be overrated on Google Reviews but worth a visit if walking in the area

Wonderful breakfast right next to York Wild Kingdom, I had the ham & cheese on a croissant and it was just heavenly.
This place is truly is a welcome addition to Short Sands. The staff are friendly the place is cute both inside and out. I love the York chart coffee cups. Prices are reasonable and to boot they take the heavy lifting out of the equation because they go to Congdons Donuts so you don’t have to.
Been going repeatedly over the last two years and glad to see the offering and service has remained top notch.

Super cute coffee place with friendly, welcoming staff. The cold brew is great! Assisted baked goods vary everyday, but stove early to get best selection. They also have a cute gifts section, with a variety of things for all ages. Highly recommend stopping to get your day started on the right foot.

We wanted to check this place out because of the outside setting. The tables were nice wooden tables. We grabbed a muffin and cold brew with a hot latte and bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on an engkish muffin. The egg sandwich had 2 eggs (one was over cooked with that hard bit). The muffin could have been toasted more. Honestly would go back. Great breakfast.

Great little cafe in the short sands area of York. Their breakfast food and beverages selections are delicious. There are pieces from local artists on display and for sale within the cafe and making this a unique atmosphere just off the beach. The service is super friendly too!
