We love Woody’s pizza when we come York! We usually just get pizza to go. However, we dined in tonight. We ordered pizza and a pasta with marinara for my kids to share. The kids didn’t like the taste of it, and the manager refused to take it off the bill. Poor customer service imo. 👎

I was at the beach with my dog and got hungry after a long beach day. The smell of the fresh baked pizza lured me right over lol. I couldn’t go inside since I had my dog and the guy working at the booth outside was so nice and offered to place my order and process my payment inside for me and bring it out when it was ready. The pizza was hot, fresh and delicious!

Got off the beach wanted a quick snack. Get in there and person taking out order goes “what do you want” in a smug attitude. Shrug it off then wait 20 mins for a pizza when the place has nobody in there. Go to the other side to eat with my friends but they kick us out because apparently that place is reserved for dine in only. Horrible customer service and they don’t seem to care.

Went to Woody's last night and before we entered we asked if they had gluten free pizza. The girl outside said yes. In most of our experiences when we ask that the pizza is gluten free the pizza is usually cooked in a separate pan not touching the regular pizzas. Well this was not the case! I watch the young gentleman make my gluten free pizza on the same peel as the regular pizzas (with lots of other gluten/flour). Well that did not fly with me! I asked our waiter and he said yes the crust was but they don't keep it from the other pies. I don't know about you but if someone asks for gluten free because they have celiac disease they should get gluten free. If you have any type of food allergies run from this place!! I feel bad for parents with kids who are on special diets.

Best pizza we've had in a long time! Our waitress Chloe was wonderful as well. Our 12 year old daughter who is very picky gives Woody's a 20/10! She says the ice cubes are great too ?

Pizza I got was absolutely amazing one of the best brick oven pizzas I have had. The staff inside AND outside are really rude and have no patience for anyone. Sat inside waiting for my pizza for 10 minutes to find out it’s been sitting on the side the entire time and no one even said anything. Can’t sit down anywhere and it’s just very uncomfortable being around them. Probably wouldn’t go back because of the way they are but pizza was good.

Weird place. If you want to sit and eat, you have to tell the hostess first. After ordering they tell us that we can’t sit and eat at the restaurant, we have to take a box out. One of the other guests also complaining about the same! The staff is rude!
