“**Edit: Owner called and apologized. appreciated that. I do however believe the staff does what they please and do not fear any consequence of their actions due to this not being the first time👎🏻 Sad thing, I really like their food and menu but what terrible employees or policies from owners. This is now the 2nd time that we try and order over the phone and basically cant. Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.“

“They have a kiosk to order food that I didn’t see so it took a while for the cashier to take my order as he was cleaning tables.
After ordering, got a number to take to the table once food was ready, it was brought to my table. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets meal with extra sauce, additional 25 cents.
Bathroom was very clean. Large, separate playroom area.

“My experience at this tavern what's top of the line I don't know what people's expectations are I found it to be a very friendly relaxing atmosphere just what I needed after a long drive through the state of Michigan I stumbled upon Frankenmuth and I looked for a place to stay will the tavern nearby serve my needs as I read the previous reviews I said to myself wow I must go there now because everyone has dog them out to a point where I don't understand I must go see this place now what I did was buy my wife two drinks and me for beers and I had conversation with the people there and they were friendly I bet the people that wrote the negative reviews are not very friendly people at all so don't read all the reviews all the time and make your choices off of that go do the only thing possible live a little bit“

“We stopped for the first time and couldn’t have been more happy. Food was great but our waiter Will was definitely the favorite part. Super attentive, very patient with having 3 kids & had great recommendations. Haven’t had service that great anywhere in a while.“

“My husband and I ordered via Drive Thru last night around 8PM. Not only was our food amazing, quick and so good, the associate helping us Riley C was absolutely phenomenal! What a polite young lady. As soon as she greeted us at the Drive Thru speaker, she was GREAT! We understand MANY places are short staffed and are losing employees daily. If Riley was having a bad day, we had NO idea. She was fantastic! Riley is one of those people that need to train all fast food employess! Kudos to the hiring manager. You hired a wonderful employee and representative of your company. We look forward to visiting again when we are in the area.“

“Im shocked by the negative reviews! I came here for two mobile order pickups for breakfast. They were able to take both order codes with ease. Our food was fresh, and we were able to get our food really cheap as well with the app. I appreciate the fast service.“
