And then came around the corner and handed her the mobile order personally with a big smile. Customer service like that doesn’t happen much anymore at fast food establishments. “We stopped on the way home from Frankenmuth. We always stop when on trips up north. Today was HIGHLY disappointing. I ordered a corned beef sandwich. The bottom bread was soaked, I’m guessing someone didn’t drain the sauerkraut. I pointed it out. Instead of taking the plate to the kitchen to remake the sandwich she went to get a new bun. About 15 minutes later. I said EXCUSE ME , she said she’s waiting for them to make it ?? It wasn’t toasted or anything what’s to make ?? Still waiting…she brought me a piece of bun. Now the cheese is cold all in a clump and I had to make my own sandwich. I could have done that at home. I have NEVER not tipped until today. Most was brought home so I can warm it up and make it properly. I didn’t hit DO NOT RECOMMEND only because over 16 years this was the first incident. The waitresses handling of it was very poor !! And it wasn’t busy what so ever.“

“With so many chain restaurants going from bad to worse these days, it was a refreshing experience at Applebee's on Tittabawassee Rd. Jaclyn gave us great service and knew the price of all the drinks. (For some crazy reason, the menu has no prices which gives the impression that if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it). Drinks were great and reasonably priced. The bacon cheeseburger tacos were a perfect appetizer. The sides (mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, garlic green beans and onion/mushrooms) were some of the best sides we've experienced. Remarkably, the Bourbon chicken and shrimp was not overcooked; just right, moist plump and tender. Even more remarkable was that my medium rare sirloin was perfectly cooked too; very pink with red at the core! It was clear from the very appetizing plating to the perfectly cooked meat that whoever is doing the cooking here is way more sophisticated than the typical chain line cook. At this establishment, it would appear that they are not just following the corporate guidelines, they are inventing the best practices.“

“I took my children for dinner so they could play in the new play area. They gave fries instead of applesauce, no apple juice and my son's cheeseburger had no cheese. Just bread and meat. They corrected all the issues and even offered a desert. I was fine with the food mess ups, sometimes they happen I had to change my son's diaper. There is NO changing station in the bathroom. I understand that it is not mandatory to have a changing table but if you're going to have a huge play area for kids you should have a changing table. I had to change him in the trunk of my car. I had to change him a second time so we just left. I wasn't going to go outside to change him in my trunk two times and come back in.“

“As soon as we walked in I knew how good it was gonna be.I ordered the Dino nuggets and the cheese curds. The waiting was a little long but it flew by super quick with the free Wi-Fi.While we were waiting I decided to look around and look at the where are you from board. Which was super cool and also the Halloween decorations. When we got our food and we took our first bite in the cheese curds and they were so good. My whole family loved the cheese curds. It was a refreshing desire for us after a long day.“

“We stopped at the McDonald’s in Birchrun on our way to Niagara Falls. We were greeted at the door with the kindest and happiest lady I think I have ever met. Sally! She was so friendly with every single person that walked in the door. Every employee that we came in contact with Did a great job, but Sally really made us smile.“

“I've always liked IHOP and was disappointed to see many close down over the years so I grabbed the opportunity to stop in this location during travel through Saginaw, Michigan.

Dining here was first class from the time we stopped in to the time we left. Several people came in at the same time and our host didn't miss a beat in noting who came in first and had everyone seated promptly.

The menu offered a selection of the classics in addition to some new ideas. I was taken in by the Anytime Breakfast Tacos and the presentation was beautiful and tasty. The service was excellent and most impressive was I noticed that the servers helped each other in making sure orders got to the tables promptly. Nice teamwork and was a pleasant experience all the way around!“

“I moved around here from Tennessee and this was my first time at a Rally’s and now it’s my favorite place to go! I found it on google maps and saw that this place has low reviews but I was like everyone is different so I decided to give this place a try and I am very glad I did! I really wish google would remove old reviews because it’s not the same as it was 7 or so years ago. The staff was very friendly and the food was made very good! I absolutely love the prices too. Yall don’t understand how cheap these prices are compared to south prices for such great food. I’m a very picky eater so I had to leave a review for this place. I usually never eat fries because of texture but the ones here tasted warm and good for someone with texture problems. Also the funnel cake fries was amazing! They are no where to be found where I used to live! I definitely recommend this place for sure. When I pick where to eat im definitely going to pick this place! Love it! 10/10“
