“Stopped in the other night to pick up a burger for dinner. Had a rum & cola while waiting. There was two waitresses working, I delt with both, not knowing which one was assigned to my table. Both were very friendly & made me feel welcome, both were working hard but smiling the whole time. The burger I ordered was delicious and made the way I wanted. Thank you Auburn Hotel, I'll be back!“

“Went in the drive-thru after the fireworks, so it's like 12:45am on July 5th and my group really just needed some sustenance. I felt awful making a big order with such short time before close, and was honestly expecting the food to not be very fresh. However, I was pleasantly surprised when everything came out perfect! I didn't catch his name, but the guy taking orders on headset was very nice and patient. Connor who was at the second window was super personable and made me feel much less bad about coming in late. Thank you to the staff on the night of July 4th for working the holiday and doing your best at it!“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“With so many chain restaurants going from bad to worse these days, it was a refreshing experience at Applebee's on Tittabawassee Rd. Jaclyn gave us great service and knew the price of all the drinks. (For some crazy reason, the menu has no prices which gives the impression that if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it). Drinks were great and reasonably priced. The bacon cheeseburger tacos were a perfect appetizer. The sides (mashed potatoes, Cole slaw, garlic green beans and onion/mushrooms) were some of the best sides we've experienced. Remarkably, the Bourbon chicken and shrimp was not overcooked; just right, moist plump and tender. Even more remarkable was that my medium rare sirloin was perfectly cooked too; very pink with red at the core! It was clear from the very appetizing plating to the perfectly cooked meat that whoever is doing the cooking here is way more sophisticated than the typical chain line cook. At this establishment, it would appear that they are not just following the corporate guidelines, they are inventing the best practices.“

“I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. “I've always liked IHOP and was disappointed to see many close down over the years so I grabbed the opportunity to stop in this location during travel through Saginaw, Michigan.

Dining here was first class from the time we stopped in to the time we left. Several people came in at the same time and our host didn't miss a beat in noting who came in first and had everyone seated promptly.

The menu offered a selection of the classics in addition to some new ideas. I was taken in by the Anytime Breakfast Tacos and the presentation was beautiful and tasty. The service was excellent and most impressive was I noticed that the servers helped each other in making sure orders got to the tables promptly. Nice teamwork and was a pleasant experience all the way around!“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.
So... I Give her five stars.“
