First time trying Popeyes. Service was good, but my chicken sandwich was made with a pice of chicken that falls under the "woody breast" category. The chicken meat was best described as crunchy and hard... Not at all what you'd expect to bite into. The other sandwich that was ordered had not issues.
My wife is from Louisiana and we go to Popeyes once a month for the chicken and red beans and rice. This way we both can have a little bit of southern food that we can't get here in Michigan. The spicy chicken is really good. If you like spicy chicken, this is the place to get it.

It’s pretty good but just so much more expensive than its competitor it makes it hard to choose this place over the similar place. I like it but not enough to justify the extra money.
