“We went tonight and both had the weekend special, a local bison tenderloin with Michigan morel glacé and truffle mashed potatoes.
It was perhaps the best meal I have eaten this year. The different flavors of this dish blending together was a true culinary experience, the bison tenderloin was the star. It was thick and delicious, easily sliced with a butter knife. Their desert special was a Ginger Cake with an apple Carmel sauce and glaze. It was good my wife ordered another one for takeout, so she could have it the next day.“
