“Really had a great experience here. Store is clean and attached to a nice truck stop. But most of all, the employees at Arby's here are very professional and accomodating. I had to wait just a couple of minutes for fresh fries, and was offered free dessert for the inconvenience. That's not a common level of customer service anymore, so it was very appreciated. Will stop here again as the truck stop also has showers for $10, which is a deal these days.“

“We have ordered carry out from this Pizza Hut a few times in the past few months. Order was always correct, hot, and the worker we encountered was excellent. I wish I knew his name but he was a tall blond young man and was extremely polite, nice, upbeat, and helpful, every single time we went in.“

What is a biggie is the Diet Coke is consistently horrible, you seriously need to fix that, your syrup ratio is way to light leaving drinks tasting like carbonated water 🤮Please fix, I don’t have this issue at other Wendy’s.“

I ordered a medium Big Mac Value Meal, via the self service kiosk. Using the kiosk was very simple and fast. This location has table tents if ordering for here.

The food came out hot and fresh and pretty quick. The Big Mac was tasty and highly recommended. The person who served it was very friendly as well.

The lobby was clean with no signs of overflowing trash. There was a person attending the lobby while I was there.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves a hot meal with great service!

“I was really pleased by Ryan's customer service yesterday. (2/11/22) Really helpful, polite, kind, caring, hard working, and paid attention to making the subs right. She was all alone working but she tried her best to make my visit nice and to make it quick. Over all a great visit in Grayling, MI. Subway's around the Lansing Area sucks.“

“the food was good. but i asked for ketchup and salt for my fries 3 different times. but the high-schoolers wouldn't stop talking about their video games long enough to acknowledge me even once. i ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a small chicken nugget order on 09/01/2023 @ 9PM (2100hrs) and all of it was good. the downer to the experience was not being able to get a few lousy packets of ketchup and salt from the girl for my fries. they need to pay closer attention to the needs of their customers while they have the chance to fulfill those needs.“
