“Normally I don’t get angry over restaurants - I get it customers suck , some times staff sucks , I get that okay but what I’m not happy with is the pure audacity that DRIVERS haveI placed an online order last night and paid for it in full on my debit card - now I did not have the extra funds to leave a tip and I know that sucks but not every one is going to tip DRIVERS ARE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE ACCEPTING THE DAMN JOB.That being said nothing was wrong with my food it came just as I ordered it — the driver - Warren was his name - was friendly when I talked with himThe problem however lies in the fact that this afternoon my debit card was charged for an extra $5.00 and made my account go negative .. now every one is going to say oh it’s just $5.00 let the driver be — no cuz is the bank going to just let me be and not make me pay the fee for my account going negative ? No they are not so $5.00 just turned into $40.00 all because some one felt entitled to a tipEven though dominos drivers are paid in tips AND hourly he still felt the need to have more — embodying greedI call the store to address my problems and I’m told — we hold a $5.00 on the card — now if I was naive I would probably eventually just be like okay I guess sure fine — but seeing how I use to work there as an assistant manager less than 5 months ago as well as have placed other online orders prior to this one with no “ extra fee “ — I know better that has never been a thing — not for online orders or in store orders — then I get told by “ the manager “ that answered the phone Im alone and have food I need to be making - so I’ll do this when I have a chance but that driver does not work today — and unfortunately I’m failing to see how either of those things are my concern ?? You are the manager I am the customer and my customer concern is just as important as the next so thank you Jo - that’s her name - for making a customer feel like your not listening or even caring because your store is short staffedYou may not have lost me as a customer but for Christ sake - do better make it right and treat every customer and their concern the same“
