Overall quite enjoyable Fish and chips were very good as was the protein bowl. Our friend raved about the shepherds pie but the Ahi tuna had to be sent back for being overcooked. Replacement was excellent. Noise was good. No problem carrying on a conversation. Server was great.
Usually thoroughly enjoy the Post and always have good things to say. Although tonight the bartender was extremely shady. Asked us for an alcohol preference. We stated anything but a specific brand and she up charged us to a top shelf tequila without stating. Ended up giving us $40 dollar drinks we were clearly not expecting. Highly disappointed with our experience.
Another great experience. The tuna melt contained seared ahi tuna! What a pleasant surprise. And Steve was an awesome, attentive waiter. A great spot for a tasty meal.
The food was meh with a high price. The service was not competent. Not effective communication. We were very hopeful based on the excellence of other restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, we left underwhelmed and disappointed.
Great drinks, food and overall ambiance. Service was amazing. Fish and chips were so good. Its walleye! Butternut squash bisque was the best I've ever had!! Large bourbon and whiskey selection. Highly recommend.
Nice dinner on a very slow Sunday evening. Service was good but the food was excellent. No the cheapest option around, but a good take anyway.
Second time dining at Post. Ambiance is nice, decorated beautifully for the Christmas holiday. Easy to make a reservation and to park. Waitress service is just not up to par. Does not met expectations for professionalism.
Was truly a fun family night for my 72nd birthday.... Was very busy, the manager Jude steps up to keep food being served, visiting tables, very personable! Little slow clearing our table and bring extra sharing plates/sliverware for dessert! Very generous portions and delicious!
We really enjoyed our dinners. Lobster roll, Ahi Tuna and steak were all excellent. And the Tiramisu was amazing
Unfortunately, the food was not up to par on this visit. The fish was over fried, the lobster roll was NOT fresh. (the bread was great, the lobster smelled bad, was either chewy or stringy (both a bad texture!). The ceasar salad was good, the lemon poppy slaw was good, the wine was good and the service was good.

Our first time here & we loved it! Service was amazing, thank you, Raven! The Shepherds Pie was so good, love the little pot of gravy on the side. Drinks were really good as well! Only downside, we were on a long overdue date night & had to get home to our babysitter, so we opted to take dessert to go, our leftovers were bagged up & left for us at the table along with the check, we paid the check, grabbed our bag & went home. When we got home, our dessert was not in the bag, although we had paid for it. So, we will have to return back for a refund or our dessert. Overall, excellent.

The atmosphere was terrific. The service was spectacular. The food was fresh albeit kinda pricey . Parking is an issue. Very sparse
What a great spot! Downtown Ada has exploded into greatness. And Post Tavern is the icing!
Good was really good! I've been here a few times since they opened but I feel like the kitchen and menu has really hit its stride.
Very nice atmosphere. Food was not overpriced and over all - pretty good. Good cocktails too. We would definitely go back.
