Vitale's is always a good choice. Their Pizza is high quality and delicious. If you get the excellent bbq chicken pizza, adding bacon makes it even better. On our last visit August 12th, The baked mastaccioli was overcooked to the point of being slightly burnt around parts of the edge, it was undersauced and really dry. Celebrated my husband and our friend’s birthday here with our families and it was perfect. The wait staff were so kind and accommodating to our large group despite it including 9 excited kids. We all enjoyed our food but it was the atmosphere that sealed the deal for us. If you’re looking for a place to go that really allows you to enjoy the company you’re dining with, kids included, this is it.
We waited 40 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waitress was rude and said she didn't know that she was assigned to us. We asked 4 other staff members to help us. We sat in the dinning room. It was awful. Others who came in after us eat and left prior. The waitress said she was having a bad night. Not to them, just us.
