3rd trip to this restaurant. I’ve left each time a bit underwhelmed. The food is decent and love points are reasonable. The service is adequate. This last visit was particularly slow given the dining areas were 1/4 to 1/3 filled. I’ve never really felt upbeat energy from servers here.
Parking can be real busy down there, especially with additional events going on in the summer.
If you’re looking for a different kind of food. This fits the bill.

What a pleasure to dine on the patio at this casual, affordable, quality restaurant. Adam was hoppin with ladies night in full bloom. so nice to see folks out slightly dressed up, shopping bags galore & having a great time. 75⁰ at 8pm wasn't bad for April either.
Ada town is a great experience for the entire family!

I visited this restaurant expecting authentic Turkish cuisine, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. None of the dishes we ordered tasted like traditional Turkish food. The Iskender, which is a classic dish, was particularly disappointing—it didn’t resemble or taste like Iskender at all.
If you’re looking for genuine Turkish flavors, this is not the place to go. Save your time and money and look elsewhere for a better dining experience.

Our server Garrett was great and the majority of our food was amazing as well. I got the lamb chops and they were over cooked but they were still good and flavorful. Definitely recommend!
Excellent food and service. Zeytin never disappoints! Have enjoyed this place since they opened at original location! Love their Calamari, Gyro Salad and Ishkender!

Been to this place more than once(everytime I go to GR I make sure I visit lol) their food is not 100% authentic Turkish but it definitely is good. I liked the iskender and the lamb chops. Had Turkish coffee I definitely recommend it
Good service and nice atmosphere. Complimentary pita wedges with oil and herb dip and butter. I enjoyed the beef shish kebabs. They were tender and juicy with a seasoned oil merinade.
Parking: 4 street parking spots but two lots in walking distance and 1 handicapped parking spot.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is one wheelchair accessible parking spot in the lot across from the main entrance. There are curb ramps to the restaurant. Heavy glass doors. Many high-top tables, high-top bar and booths with a step up, but there are some low top tables for wheelchairs.
