I came to Zeytin tonight, a full 30 minutes before closing, and was honestly shocked by the level of rudeness we were met with. My party was immediately and abruptly turned away, despite the restaurant still being open. What really got me was the complete and utter lack of respect from the employees. Not a single staff member would speak to us, they avoided all eye contact, and just acted completely dismissive. We received zero explanation for why they wouldn't seat us. The disrespect didn't end there. While we were standing there, we watched staff members actively cutting the line, seating other groups who had arrived after we did. It was baffling and incredibly frustrating for everyone waiting. We were made to feel ignored and completely unwelcome. If a restaurant is going to operate with such a stunning lack of courtesy—and turn away customers a full half-hour before closing—it clearly has deep issues with management and staff training. Save yourself the frustration and dine somewhere else.

Came in an hour before close only to be ignored by staff for 30 minutes then have people seated and told there was a “private party” we could pay $50 a ticket to join. No signs anywhere to let anyone know we had just assumed they were busy so we were waiting our turn. The ticket price isn’t what had us leaving, but the rudeness was. For our first time stopping by I can guarantee there will not be a second time.

Wow, this place is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. They have a huge selection of Middle Eastern dishes, and they’re all so tasty. And their freshly baked bread is a must-try!

I have been going to Zetytin Turkish Restaurant for about 15 years now, at least once a week, at most seven times in a week. I have only ever eaten one thing, the gyro doner platter with fries instead of rice. This place is awesome, the staff is awesome, they all know me by name too (because I'm the weirdo who only eats one thing, probably). Heck even the staff in the kitchen know me. The food is delicious (why else would I only eat the one thing for 15 years here, I still haven't grown tired of it).
