They miss so much of my food each time that I’m starting to wonder if it’s to keep from going under. Whatever little girl you have working the drive thru tonight should not be. Rude and I can’t wait for her to catch it back from the wrong person one day. Unprofessional, and you can get chicken anywhere

Food was good but service was terrible. We ordered breasts for each meal, paid full price and got none. Instead we got a wing and a drumstick. It seems like whoever was working was not paying attention/listening. I’m disappointed.

Ordered online. Waited 20 extra minutes. Food was luke warm. Chicken was soggy. Nuggets were cold, tough, and had no chicken (coating only). Had mental customer in store that was using profanity to verbally attach other customers. I did not speak to her, but she called me b.... and f..... several times. Fortunately, there was a female customer who took the mental ladies attention off me. Several words were exchanged. The manager did not address the issue until the mental customer was leaving the store. Some customers thought she was high, but I don't know. The sad thing was that she had her young daughter with her, about 8 years old.
