Had a larger pick up order first thing at open. Everything was ready, hot and all tasted excellent. Help was very friendly. Best I've had in a while.
Ordered and paid online. Was told food was ready, yet when we got there, we had to wait on a line where the cashier was taking orders. Could not grab food that was in a bag behind the counter rather than the pick up area. By the time we got home food was cold.
I guess this is the same thing?

One customer had a particularly memorable experience, bringing their dog to KFC after a near-death experience with chocolate poisoning. The dog loved the chicken sandwiches and cookies, and surprisingly, recovered after eating the food. Overall, KFC is a welcoming and satisfying dining experience.
