Fried deviled eggs were 5/10, mustard heavy, a bit dry, fryer oil may have been old, batter was missing something. Needs a bit more seasoning in the batter and creamier filling. Mac and cheese bowl w/carnitas was 7/10. The pork in the Mac was perfect but the sauce needs more garlic, butter, and a sharper cheese for contrast. Swap out the red onion for sweet red pickled onions and the Mac bowl would be 🔥🔥🔥. Atmosphere was 10/10. Drinks 10/10.
We were warmly welcome when walking into this long, narrow space with exposed brick walls. One side was bar and there were tables against the brick wall with a tight squeeze aisle down the middle. While they advertise small plates, they had just changed over to a more conventional menu.

Amazing little space with a nice bar and comfortable stools. There is an abundance of things to draw you in and keep you there. The small but well thought out menu was a mishmash of dishes that should cover any palate. To me, a small menu says the chef is confident in their abilities and isn't looking to hide behind mediocre dishes. I'll say this, the chef and their sous crushed it. Perfect seasoning, perfect cook and amazingly fresh ingredients. Homemade everything...
