The girls that work at the adrian location one with blue & black hair & one that looks like a volleyball player or something are the biggest a**holes. They just tossed the bag at my daughter & both were so rude. They need to be fired. If you work in a business where you are to take care of others you do that not be a useless idiot.
How to say? WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, above any expectation in term of Customer Care! After having taking a very good breakfast on the terrasse, we forgot our pack back outside (withou our personnal laptop inside!),.... and move to Cincinnatti, where we discovered our loss. Local team full took care about it and Manager Ashley sent us quickly by express UPS transport: that was critical to us as staying only a few days there before we come back to france with all our stuffs !!! The bathrooms were clean! The food/ was delicious but they didn’t get my order right, the service was okay. The workers seemed like they didn’t care what they put on the counter, but they didn’t give any push back when I asked them to remake it. I don’t blame the workers, they don’t make enough money to deal with half of what they are put throughParking: Need more clear parking lot, paint some arrows on the ground or put up a sign to show traffic what way to go
