Made me the wrong snack wrap but still good food. They did replace same day. My only complaint is that they never put a straw in my food bag when I order online. It seems to me that it would make sense to put a straw in the food bag when someone orders a smoothie. I mean if that was a doordash order then they probably would have forgotten to grab a straw.

Tropical Smoothie in Adrian is always so clean and fast and the food and smoothies are always so fresh and delicious! Our servers are always very friendly and polite, especially our beautiful server Ashlynn today was amazing and kind and went over the top with customer service 🥳 15/10 , Favorite quick stop for food or a smoothie always 💕

We loved our smoothie however, the girl working the window had horrible customer service. This was our first visit and possibly the last due to the service. She never greeted me at the window and had absolutely no smile
