“Nice Winery and good wine but the person helping us not so much. Ed was very argumentative about everything. I asked about a wine that I had there several years ago called honey wine. Wonderful wine! Ed told me they had never had that. I said I was positive that I had had the wine there. He was very rude in how he spoke to me and insisted that I had never had that wine there. After further discussion and me mentioning that it was an ice wine, he suddenly remembered that yes many years ago they did have an ice wine called honey. Then we moved on to the wine tasting. I told him that I only like sweet wine and that began another argument about the order in which I should taste the wine. According to him I had to start with the red wine first. I had already told him I don't like dry wine. I did taste the strawberry dessert wine and the baked apple and purchased the baked apple with some other things but my first thought was I am not going to purchase anything from this rude person. I did not tip him which is unusual for me but if I had been going to tip him the tip would have been to tell him he needed some training in customer service and how to speak to customers. I have been there twice but after meeting Ed I will probably never go there again. I don't have to be talked to rudely to spend my money.“
