We stopped in for lunch on our way out West for a camping trip, and our server Donielle was fantastic! She brought our drinks quickly and the food immediately followed (this was at 12:30 on a Thursday but they were not very busy). The food was hot and everything tasted good. Donielle kept the drink refills coming while managing her other tables, and even brought me a large to-go iced tea when she learned of our road trip. Excellent service all around!

Our experience last evening at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store in Okemos was exceptional. Despite getting there minutes before closing time, we were welcomed and seated immediately. Our server, Kelci was phenomenal, took our order immediately, and always checked on us to make sure we had our drinks filled and answered any questions we had. Very attentive!! We never felt rushed and were very pleased with her wonderful service and pleasant personality.

Love all the things in the store to look at and buy. Like the food too and we eat there at least once a week. But the last visit I got the rice, broccoli cheese dish and it was very good, but I thought the price was to much for the small dish it came in. And It's to hard to sign in for the veteran's discount. I've tried several times and I never get it to go through.
