Went for lunch and honestly probably won't need dinner tonight because the portions were amazing. The soup and salad bar hit the spot, with some delicious and creative soups, and matched with a great salad selection. We enjoyed every part of our meal and the service, even had to take a slice of carrot cake to go because who can turn down homemade desserts.

we stopped at Bob's Place on a whim. We were pleasantly surprised! We were greeted right away by staff. We opted to sit on the bar side. We ordered a drink and an appetizer (poutine) to start with. The poutine was absolutely delicious. We then ordered their special, double smash burger. Well, that was delicious also. I had to take half of it home.
The staff was very attentive and kind. The owner even checked on us at one point.
