Had an issue where a local restaurant canceled our lunch order due to politics 15 minutes before we were to pick it up. This lunch was for our Board of Directors who were visiting after investing over $10M in Albion. Ran to Subway where the staff whipped out 22 subs in 15 minutes. Kaylin is the best. She was so professional and made our subs look just like the pictures. Every time we have come here our subs were so messy and just thrown together. Kaylin took her time and looked to take pride in what she was doing. And we were very pleased with the way she was making them. Anytime you come to this location ask for her to make your sub and she will do it to where it doesn't make a mess and looks good just like the picture.
That Cali girl made my family's sandwiches and she did not disappoint. She was very friendly and made ordering a breeze!! Highly recommend because the employee girl made sure I got exactly what I wanted and the veggies were crisp and delicious and that was the best subway sandwich I've had in years. Hands down AMAZING!!! Store is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like I matter and am not "just a customer"???
