“I went to this Dairy Queen several times last year and let me tell you, it was not up to my standards! I am talking about the quality of customer service and the quality of products. I have seen a change in this location, from the products to the cleanliness and I just want to say to whomever runs it, keep taking the criticism with a grain of salt and keep doing what you’re doing!“

“I need to say 3 things for the rest of the world....
1. If I have to pull ahead to wait for nuggets or fries, DO NOT give me the rest of my food to sit in my car and get cold. I do not have a hot tray in my car. YOU HAVE ONE.

2. If there are nuggets, check the bags for sauce. Don't hand it to my husband without checking, because he will not check. He will come home sauceless and get cussed out.

3. Stop putting apple slices in a happy meal box with hot food. The kids don't want hot apples or cold fries. It's just common sense.“

“Order thru app.. paid with a debit card. Got to the drive thru, went straight to front of the line. Had my order in under 2 mins.My tacos were awesome. I think they may have switched their hard taco shells.. They seemed crunchy'er and didn't get mushy like usual.The burrito I got, i wasn't able to enjoy because they mistakingly put spicy sauce on it. Not how I ordered it.. But it won't keep me from going back. We all make mistakes.

“This place is a hidden gem, I absolutely love the 1950s retro feel. I am sad to see they got rid of their walk up window concept recently, as I feel it takes away from the nostalgia. The place is nice and clean, and the food is good old classic burgers and fries. The prices are reasonable.

Hamburger meat could use a touch more seasoning, instead of plain ground beef. It was a touch on the dry side. Overall I still absolutely loved my visit and I thought it was soo good! This is a wonderful step back in time. Awesome service, all staff were super friendly and helpful. I got the bacon burger and overall I was happy with it!

“The girls at the store were friendly and fast. My ice cream was delicious as alway! The atmosphere is awesome because the dairy Queen is right across from the river. There are beautiful benches everywhere to sit and enjoy the view while you eat your ice cream ???“

“The gentleman and lady could not have been nicer to me. The lady's yesterday were exemplary to me!! They told me what they had, what we could get, and what we couldn't get, all in all the experience was really pleasurable and I WILL BE BACK!! I respect them and they respect me!! I think they are people ( this case - five people) they are the finest people they could ever get to assist someone!!!!“

“Pizza was fresh, food was amazing. The atmosphere when it's busy is great, even though the crew is under visible stress. Pizza was top notch, never had any pizza that tasted better than this. Customer service was friendly and able to get me my pizza within the time frame they suggested (15-20mins).“

“I'm from London and the taco bells here are really chince. went to this wallaceburg location taco bell and literally couldn't believe how much they filled the tacos and gave you your money's worth. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes and can usually finish them in London but I could only eat 2 here as they were made so well and had a lot in them. Best taco bell ever.“
