“For a McDonald's, it's clean but middle of the road. One crew member is super nice and friendly. Rest are in such a rush it's like you're bothering them when waiting to get your order. Almost always have to double-check what I get from here.“

Had bogo offer, 1st sub toasted was meh. 2nd sub not toasted, ate day later was the #5 Cap Ham & Moz.. was SUPERB. Hands down best sub I’ve ever had at a subway. Completely elevated my opinion of them. Fat slice of Mozzarella, added salt, oregano & pepper with the MVP dressing. I’ll be back a lot sooner. It’s been 5 years.“
“Very good. Chicken was hot and fresh and very tasty. The meal was extremely reasonable in price and included 2 sides and a drink. I went with the Mac N Cheese and the potato wedges. The wedges were crispy and flavorful and the Mac n cheese was very good as well. This is another great food option for New Haven!“
“I'm generally there in the evening and Food is hit or miss- whether it's messed up or missing all together, UNLESS Michelle is working. I ALWAYS have a great experience when She's there-- she's very friendly and the food is always hot, fresh, and prompt. If I have any issues with an order, she's the one to fix it. Michelle is a great employee, I'm always glad to see her there, I know my food will be correct. She deserves a raise or bonus, as she's kept mine and my family a Wendy's customer, and saved a few friends from not returning because their order was so poorly made. That's what a good employee does and it should be recognized.“

“I made an order on doordash for pick up and send someone to pick it up for me. They couldn't make it and I had to get it myself, 2 hours later, 10 minutes before closing. I was told they got rid of it because it had been out for too long, and made a fresh sub for me. I was really pleased with the service and the food was delicious. Thank you ?“

“I used to go to this subway about a year ago and it was horrible, but it seems like they are under new ownership and it really shows! I met the new owner and applauded him for really changing the experience up. The place was really clean, lively, and the staff was very friendly. My sub was made perfectly how I like it. Whatever you’re doing, keep doing it!“
