“This location is definitely one of the better in mid Michigan area, beautiful location right off the 94 expressway easy access to the building. And best of all their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, they start washing their hands, drying, then take their time understanding your order while also not being stingy with their ingredients, they're very well spoken and quick to work. With an extremely clean and quiet environment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you for the sandwiches!!“

“Love your sandwiches and I get them at least once a week! But so disappointed today :(. Drive to my normal location on hall and Hayes and found out they were closed for remodeling. So drove to Macomb location. I normally pay close attention while subs are made to correct issues but today I was getting pushed into paying before my subs were made. Sadly I got home and it was wrong :(. Ordered three subs total. 2 of three were not what was requested. ie wrong bread, missing mikes way dressing etc. one of the kids subs was completely smashed. it was obvious new employees were working and I’m not totally blaming them. Moving forward I will make sure I watch my sandwiches being made and wont get rushed to the register. I paid a lot for these sandwiches and expect to get what I ordered.“

“Every time I walk into this store, I’m greeted like an old friend. The owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet genuinely kind, welcoming, and always in a good mood. What really stands out is how he remembers faces and makes everyone feel like a regular, even if it’s only your second visit. It’s the kind of personal touch that you just don’t get at most places anymore. I alwyas do an online order and never have to wait. He always has everything made right when you walk in. “The server did exactly as I asked, I'm very funny about certain things being on my sandwich! I noticed an onion on it and he made a whole new one for me! I have an allergy to onions! Will definitely come here again!

“Mike, Zach and new employee Aaliyah were wonderful to our family of five dining Sunday after church. Our children being seriously hungry and loud. They never showed a sign of being annoyed or bothered. Zach instead offered a cookie for their wait. Mike came from off the grill after cooking our food and mopped up a fruit punch spill immediately.
Aaliyah during all of this made sure the food was prepared topped and ready to go!!! The food was so good so warm everything crispy but soft and gooey. Very flavorful and well presented. Zach delivered our food straight to our table: The Italian Sub, Philly Sub and Turkey Wrap with 2 medium fries and another cup for the fruit punch from our sons’ spill. For this to not be a sit down family restaurant… the three sure did make us feel like our family mattered and will definitely be fed lol so THANK YOU!!!! 5 STARS“

“I order online today for the same sub that I haven’t gotten my whole entire life. And it may have been the BEST sub I have ever gotten in my entire life. 10/10 sub and I was greeted with smiling faces. I got the same sub the other day from the capac subway and it didnt even come close to the armada subway sub. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend.“

“The workers here don’t get paid enough for the way they get treated. Almost everytime I’m in I see customers continuously being rude to them and I can only imagine how exhausting it is. I’ve never had any problems with the food here and to those acting like Subway is a five star restaurant I really ask that you remember that you’re talking to humans who have lives and priorities outside of work. You guys are always super sweet and I hope you have the best day.“

“The employee named Alexis really went above and beyond to serve me and make sure I understood what I was ordering and answered every question I had. She was so friendly and smiled the entire time; it was refreshing. Ill be honest as I was hesitant due to my last encounter with a man named Allen. Very condescending when I asked any type of questions. I haven't been back since, but I'm glad i gave it another shot! My only issue was all of the fly's.....“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

Listen… corporate, if you’re reading this: if I walk in next time and find out Sam did NOT get a raise, I will be forced to dramatically flip a table (respectfully, of course).
This woman could sell a sandwich to someone who just finished Thanksgiving dinner. Absolute pro. The place was spotless—like “mom’s coming over in 10 minutes” clean - she was already wiping things down when I walked in. She matched my energy instantly: calm, cool, collected… meanwhile I’m two minutes away from eating the napkins out of hunger.
We had a quick, wholesome life chat while she crafted (yes, crafted) the most elite 6” sandwich I’ve ever consumed. I’m talking Michelin-star energy in sub form. I went in broke and starving, and if I had an extra $20 on me, I would’ve thrown it at her like she just performed a magic trick.
Sam, thank you for your service. Promote her. Protect her. Possibly build a statue.“
