The manager I just talked to was great and very helpful!! The New Baltimore location was given me a hard time about putting my veggies on the side for my catering order and this location said it's absolutely no problem for them to do that very accommodating and kind!
I came in today on crutches and the staff was beyond polite and helpful. The girl working came and held the door for me and even offered to help carry my food for me! Both of the young workers were polite and helpful! Great job Jimmy Johns staff!

I don't know why everyone rips this JJ's a new one, I've been here twice and never have an issue. I do mobile order pickup and it's ready on time and accurate. Sandwich was fine to me and if you're complaining about the skimpy amount of meat they give, that's for all locations as a whole. I'll still be coming here when I'm in the area. It's your regular JJ's to me.
