Favorite Kroger by far. Good people and always clean.

Convenient location. Competitive prices. Clean lot and pumps. Some customers are clueless or simply inconsiderate when exiting and/or entering the lot -blocking the entrance in one situation and aggressive driving maneuvers to intimidate causing one to hesitate in the normal flow. Other than questionable driving behaviors the location, options, and availability are on point.

The shelves are never stocked. Employees are not interested in helping you. I had to change my meal plan 3 times in one Visit because They don't have what it takes to make a complete meal

A line up to check out, a line up for self checkout at mid day, too cheap to hire cashiers. There are $1000 per hr worth of grocery's but don't pay $20 per hr for a cashier. The workers are great , management sucks. If I want to save money I would have gone to wallocalmart m but shop

Very impressed! Staff right at the door cleaning the carts and bottle return area

Fry's Foods is a subsidiary of Kroger. Fry's engages in deceptive pricing and tell customers that they can not rely on the price marked on the package or in store price labels. Three times in a month my Fry's has charged me double the price on packaged meat telling me that the "system barcode price is the price they must charge not what is on the package"....No more Fry's for me.

There is nothing I like about this store at all. This is the filthiest store I've ever been in. The whole place is just grimy, starting with the entranceways. The garbage and dirt surrounding the self-checkout machines is disgusting, the same garbage on the floor behind them will be there for days. The produce is old and the aisles crowded and hard to maneuver. And I'd love to know why they didn't put the clicklist parking where the handicap parking spots are, and move the handicap spots closer to the doors. Nope, they make prime spots for people who can't even be bothered to go inside the store, and make it more difficult for customers who actually go inside. So months later and it's still filthy. Latest pic of dirt by self checkout. And that's only one. Update: I contacted Kroger corporate to complain AGAIN, and got their standard we're sorry blah, blah, blah. Really hope this is one of the stores they're going to remodel because this place is disgusting. Next call will be to the health department.

Went today, fresh flowers sitting in rancid water and smelled like the water they are sitting in. Young girl working the flowers could care less and basically just walked away when advising her. the small aisles are so crowded with way too many folks stocking shelves and then here comes the click list train car and there is absolutely no room for any shoppers. And this is on a Friday, one of the busiest days of the week. Ridiculously crowded aisles. Cashiers are getting snippy and everyone seems unhappy and rude. I do compliment the fish, meats, and produce dept. which i feel are in great shape. Take some lessons from Publix. they are #1 for a REASON.

Using the deliverary service. Being charged $11. Suppose to be here 9-10. It's now 11.. email saying they're running late..expect them by 1045. When I tip,and pay a delivery charge I expect better service

This is one of the nastiest grocery stores I have ever been in. Produce is garbage, store is always filthy. This is sad seeing that it's the only grocery in this town.

I love shopping at Kroger, produce is always good and fresh, store is clean and I find everything I need there , don't need to make any extra stops to another store! People that work there are helpful and kind also! I save money shopping at Kroger and get discount on gas!

Oh, Kroger, why bother? You know the people here are stuck and so unlike your gorgeous sibling in New Baltimore, your shelves are carelessly and poorly stocked, and your produce and meats are often 2nd rate. It isn't about the staff. It is a management issue. Come on Corporate, get with the program.
