I have never had anything other than an excellent meal here with excellent service. Breakfast or lunch, reliably tasty & generous! Just had their patty melt: perfection! Even their fries are better than elsewhere. No one makes a special request corn-beef hash “crispy” like Flaming Grill. The grits portions are huge—as most everything. Nice little coney-type grill and family restaurant. They had really good bloody marys too, which was kind of surprising because most bars don't make them well, and here this cute little cozy family spot nailed it! We had breakfast, and it was really good, fresh, and reasonably priced. Atmosphere and service was friendly, warm, and attentive. We will definitely go back!

This was my first time in Algona Flaming Grill had breakfast with my son and granddaughter services was great everyone was pleasant the food was awesome first restaurant I have been to that actually knows how to butter toast ?
