“Too open for me with just one large room. Nice old Bar top in the place though. I had a decent Black & Bleu burger, it was decent. Mostly light domestics on tap but they did have Killians in the bottle. Our waitress was very nice and fun. Nice job Carla, keep up the good work!“
“We really enjoyed ourselves… huge thanks to office… we forgot our power cord, they had a spare! Good band and comfortable outdoor bar… nice clean& spacious washrooms… but please add some motion sensor lights… transient slips are totally dark!… thanks Algonac for a great stay ❤️?“
“Weekend lunch is the best time to go. Food is fast and excellent. Our waitresses Amy 2 and Starr are phenomenal! Every time we go they are always friendly and work together to make every customer (multiple tables) have a great experience. Would highly recommend going for lunch on the weekends.“
“We visited on Wednesday at lunch and came by boat. There was only one other couple in the entire restaurant. I was surprised to see that they have lots of dock space. The sandwiches were good and there is an extensive drink list. Will have to come back when they have live entertainment on the outdoor patio.“
“such a fun find! the vibe is super cool, loved all the lights and the seating. my boyfriend and I got the Deli 101, a slider, and the mac salad. we were blown away by it all! the slider was the best we've ever had and the sandwich was absolutely delicious!“
“Glad San Souci Bar is open again! Even though all new inside, it still looks like the original bar... just nicer! Large selection of nice wines and spirits too, plenty of TVs scattered around for sports. We started with nachos and after enjoying about half of them realized the new chef forgot to add the tomatoes & lettuce. The bartender offered to quickly remedy, but the chips and base was very good so included the photo! Looking forward to coming back again soon.“
“Nice place right on the water to watch the ships go by. Service is usually good, depends on the server. Food is good. Good pizza (especially for pizza Mondays, $10.50 large pizzas) fish and chips, tacos, subs.. wish they had better bee control on the patio in the summer but that's to be expected to a certain extent.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options availableKid-friendliness: Kids welcome with plenty of food options“
“The raft burger was very good! Brought me back to my childhood whwn they had the burgers wrapped in the wax paper. We also had the fried cauliflower, zucchini, jalapeno poppers, mozzarella sticks, and mushrooms. The deluxe something lol but it wasn't all greasy like other places.“
“Great little mom and pop. You go there for the food and camaraderie, not the view. Not a big deal at all. It was my first visit and it was pretty apparent from the get go that everyone that walked in was a #Regular! There was hugging and good energy at every table. I'm in the process of moving while fasting, and I may have been a tad too anxious for coffee and food. Next time I'll know. The coffee was gr8, a very big deal to me. But let's talk about the corned beef hash...#NeverHaveIEver had such a delightful platter of spuds and protein set b4 me! It's was delightful AND made to order (which now I know does take a little longer,) so I had them omit the onions and green peppers, (both of which really bother me). That's a pretty big deal as well, cuz you KNOW it's not pre-made.I don't "do" bread, but I ordered a cup of sausage gravy and, yes, I smothered the hash. (Was SO hungry I did that b4 taking individual photos. Sorry abt that.) It was a large portion; more than I would've gotten most anywhere, but I managed to tuck it all away.... would've used a biscuit to clean the plate if I'd had one...it was that good.Thank you, Dee for stopping by. This move has been pretty overwhelming and I was so grateful for your kind words. I'll see you again!#FancyNancyAKAmamaQDietary restrictions: When they say, "made to order", they mean it!“
“One of my top ten favorite restaurants. Phenomenal food, staff, and atmosphere. Whoever is back there cooking really knows what they are doing. One of the best ribeyes you'll ever have. I've probably had 5-7 different dinners and have yet to be dissapointed. It's an intimate quiet place. Only about a dozen smaller tables. Good soft music and soft lighting make for a nice atmosphere. The staff is very attentive without being overbearing. Prices are fair for the quality of food you're getting. I can't say enough about how much my family and my friends I've taken here love this place.***Update*** I wrote that original review years ago. I still have to say this place is better than five stars. I swear you can't go wrong with anything you order. Sesame chicken and any fish they offer is phenomenal. Best carrots, coleslaw and fries. Just close your eyes, point at something random on the menu and you won't be disappointed. I'd also recommend setting a reservation. It's usually busy.Parking: The parking lot is small and crowded but you can park in the back lot of CVS next door.“
“I have never had anything other than an excellent meal here with excellent service. Breakfast or lunch, reliably tasty & generous! Just had their patty melt: perfection! Even their fries are better than elsewhere. No one makes a special request corn-beef hash “crispy” like Flaming Grill. The grits portions are huge—as most everything. So much, it’s like getting a 2nd meal to go! Great variety from Greek to Mexican to All American & more. Interior is always immaculate & attractive. Lots of comfy Booths! Such pleasant wait staff…& whoever is working the kitchen sure does it well!!!Parking: Never an issue“
