Manager and bar tenders have no customer service training. Both prefer to argue with the customers. They closed the bar before stated closing time despite having a crowd of people in the bar. Only recommend the place if you want staff to give you a hard time. They obviously don’t need to earn a living!
We walked in, and there was no sign telling us to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. We asked a server, and she said to sit anywhere and a server would find us. We sat on the deck, waited 10 minutes and no one came. The people next to us left, a staff member came to clear the table and asked if we’d been waited on. We said no, waited another 5 minutes, and left.
Madison Mondays are the best such a great staff and service they provide. Some great times and great place to meet friends!!
