“Just tried this place recently for the first time. Boy have I been missing out. I've been a handful of times now. The food is great and the prices are great. I've only had to things this far.... Grecian bowl, and the Doctor salad. Both are outstanding. This is 100% better than fast food for a much better price.“

We both ordered dinners, wanted soup we asked for a bowl, charged me 3.29 dollars each for a bowl of soup, it shouldn’t cost that much to upgrade to a bowl. Never had that problem with the port Huron restaurant.“
“Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Enticing daily specials. I went on a Tuesday to try their puffy tacos. They didn't skimp on ingredients but there was only ground beef, not chicken. It was $7.99 for the platter that had two puffy tacos, Mexican rice, and refried beans. All quite tasty and more than I could eat at one sitting. I took home a deliciousl slice of rhubarb custard pie for later.“

“I haven't been in this restaurant since they first reopened. I was so pleasantly surprised by the food. We tried the soup flight which was what we originally had gone in to try. It was good. I highly recommend the lemon rice soup. The salads were fresh and so reasonably priced. The house greek dressing is fabulous. For dessert we had the dirty latte flight which was so cute, clever and really delicious. I will definitely be stopping in more often.“

“The Bourbon steak was the most tender steak I have ever had. We did curbside so we didn't go in but the lady that brought our food out to us was very friendly and upbeat. This Applebee's also has a very good veterans discount which helped allot. It might be 30% off.“

Pie was thinner than I was used to eating but very tasty-- seasoned just right. Will definitely stop there again. Maybe they sell their dressing? Staff very courteous and helpful.“
“The food here is amazing! I hate going to restaurants because it seems like all the food is the same and the food comes out bland. The rage tater tots are delicious, the bacon is actual cooked then crumbles bacon, the cheese sauce it steaming hot and the tater tots are perfectly crispy, I could not get these tater tots cooked to this level of perfection at home, they are that good. The corned beef is the best I have had anywhere, Turkey bacon wrap is also delicious. You can tell the food is made with intent and pride. A restaurant like this is really hard to find and I will be a repeat customer.“
“The food and drinks here are really good. The food menu is small, which is probably why it's great. We sat at a high top by the window, which was nice, and I'm sure it's even better in the summertime. The dining room is small and probably fills up fast when it's busy. The food is on the expensive side, but you get a good size amount for it. I wouldn't go all the time, but I will definitely go again.“

The service was phenomenal- our waiter Benjamin was very attentive and warm. The atmosphere pleasantly surprised me.. it’s a true feat to have a place that you can bring your kids, or enjoy a date night out together and feel like you went downtown. “This is a nice restaurant with a bar atmosphere. The food is a bit on the pricey side but it was worth the money. We shared the Texas cheese fries appetizer and the seafood platter with mashed and gravy. The cheese fries were very good. The mixture of cheese, jalapeños, and bacon went well with their delicious ranch. The scallops and fish had a perfect light, crunchy breading. The gravy was perfect. We also tried the Witches Brew drink which was pretty strong and tasted great.“
“We just love this restaurant! The shrimp is amazing. Fresh, not rubbery. Excellent choice of sides. Loaded baked potato is a favorite. Large portions makes the money spent worth it. We eat out a lot and this is our Macomb County favorite. Not many other restaurants can even come close to their food quality and service. Be ready to wait on weekends though!“

“I've been here before and it was excellent so my sister and I stopped in. My Texas Burger was one the best I've (cheese burger)ever had. It was perfect. My only complaint is that the booth upholstery seemed to need cleaning or perhaps an update but other than that it was very nice.“
“First visit today. Funny this place has been 3-4 different places in the 20 yrs I've lived out here. I get tired of the same old places. Anyway Dee was our waitress, she was so nice and funny. Make sure you ask for her. We had a small shawarma pizza and the Hot Rod burger and fries. The pizza was excellent and the burger and fries equally as good. The prices seemed pretty reasonable too. “Stopped in here a few week's ago on a weekend getaway. They were short staffed I assumed because I believe the owner waited on us and was the most friendly anyone could ask for. This is the place where locals obviously go because the owner knew everyone by name and I just love places like this. I got the Polish sausage special with potato pancakes. Damn delicious and portions were gigantic. Fiance got an omelette, same was delicious and enormous. Will be making this place my go to breakfast spot when I come back for my yearly fishing trip!!“
