got the grilled cheese burrito craving box, food was great till i got to my favorite part, the cinnamon twist. when i say the cinnamon twist smelled of CHEMICALS you can for sure tell something wasn't right. i tried a couple to see maybe i was tripping but as soon as i started chewing all i tasted was CHEMICALS straight CHEMICALS idk if maybe they sat out a while and while the crew was cleaning or spraying stuff down it go on them but id seriously take better cleaning protocols to MAKE SURE no CHEMICALS touch the food. watch out.

I called because it was about 30 minutes to close and asked if they took take out orders and a woman answered and was so rude and hung up on me and then I called again and asked how I can order online to make it faster for them and she was rude and hung up on me again so I made it there 10 minutes to close and ordered and watched the lady who answered the phone chuck the food in the bag and splatter. I have never sent my food back anywhere but I got in a argument with the lady and asked for a refund and she was so rude and called me a prick as I was leaving after getting my money back.

Good luck getting food. They’re out of burrito shells a dlt whatever that is so they can’t actually make anything. Sad because this will be the second time Algonac loses Taco Bell because someone can’t order stock. No wonder McDonald’s has a line wrapped around the building and Taco Bell looks closed.

Order thru app.. paid with a debit card. Got to the drive thru, went straight to front of the line. Had my order in under 2 mins.My tacos were awesome. I think they may have switched their hard taco shells.. They seemed crunchy'er and didn't get mushy like usual.The burrito I got, i wasn't able to enjoy because they mistakingly put spicy sauce on it. Not how I ordered it.. But it won't keep me from going back. We all make mistakes.Vegetarian options: Very limited but they can accommodate

It was standard service. We did have a short wait for our order at the window. I just wanted to give them credit for giving us plenty of sauces. I'm from out of town, and where I live, that is an issue at all our fast food places.
