When I walked through the door I was greeted by the entire staff, it was the type of greeting that you could tell was genuine. The drink that I received was the best one I have had from any Biggby and I have drank a lot of Biggby. The food that I ordered came out hot and exactly what I asked for. 10 out of 10
Loved it. So many choices, helpful polite crew. I wasn't sure what to get, but the girls helped navigate the menu. My turkey cheese bagel was hot& delicious. My iced coffee was perfect..This drive through experience was exceptional.
We ask for extra, extra ice in our americanos and yet it is always melted by the time it passes through the window. Very frustrating. Other locations can manage to add the right amount.
