Stopping on a Saturday for lunch and had to place our order through the kiosk, couldn't pay right there which was fine, but get up to the counter to pay and find out that the frappe machine is down so requested a shake, that was down too. They're out of most condiments aside from ketchup. Not the best experience. Staff were friendly but not helpful considering.
