I had to go all the way to Michigan from Arizona to have a Chic filet experience. A huge group of us came into the restaurant and had one ticket. The staff handled 20 of us like Champs. Each of them are high quality human beings just doing a great job.
I wanted to shout out Nicholas, every time I go there he is so pleasant and wonderful at his job. I enjoy seeing him whenever I go in for a quick meal. He’s quick to clean up your tray and check on satisfaction frequently! He needs a raise or an award for his outstanding service.
I just had the best experience at this Chick-fil-A and the best customer service. If you have the option to go inside, make sure to see Mr. Roger. He is so professional and kind as well. It is also very clean and well-maintained.
