I never ever leave a review anywhere, especially a bad one. Went here this evening for the first time and as soon as we walked in all the tables were a mess, garbage overflowing the trash cans and the outside “patio” had garbage and food everywhere. The staff have the rudest attitudes. They wipe the counter as another one is making your order. The grill is broke so the meat that is done is cold. They don’t tell you till you complain about it being cold. The tomatoes are frozen together. Sour cream is pure liquid. Lettuce was brown and slimy. Of course when you take food back to them and let them know they are rude and will not refund you. Just gives you more attitude.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers fresh and delicious food, including great burritos with red tomatillo salsa and fresh guacamole, and amazing berry agua fresca drinks. The restaurant is often busy, with staff working quickly and professionally, especially during peak times. The crew members, including a young man with glasses, a young lady with braids, and another young man with a mini fro and a hat, are attentive to small requests and help customers seated in the dining area. All three seem capable of managing the restaurant well.
However, the atmosphere could be improved. Some customers noted issues with cleanliness and organization, and service can be slow at times, especially during busy periods. One customer experienced a rude attitude from the manager for arriving early before opening, which was unnecessary and uncalled for, although the food prepared by the worker was good. Overall, it remains a good option, but it may not match the quality of local Mexican spots.
