Incompetent staff, childish customers, and never the right food. Had to tell them to correct my order three times and each time they did it, they managed to somehow completely bungle another part of the order. Additionally, they don’t even have a phone for answering customer calls. So if you have something to say then you better go say it to their faces while they all just give you a blank look until you stop talking.

Tried Chipotle for the first time about a month ago ? The cheese quesadilla wasn't good very dry and they were out of fajita veggies ? but the burrito with their red tomatillo salsa and fresh guacamole was fire ? Their berry agua fresca drink ? was amazing as well overall it's great but nothing can beat local Mexican spots ???

Food quality is good. I’ve been a few times when I go to the Home Depot. Service is slow, but ok. The people are to busy listening to their iPods to rotate the food properly. Atmosphere?? Well….does anybody sweep the floor, clean the tables, put out forks or napkins??? Apparently not….ever??

There was 2 pieces of hair in my food, on top of that they gave me half scoops of everything i asked for because they were rushing. The one girl was literally doing nothing and her coworkers had to tell her to wake up and start moving. Very disgusting very unprofessional. It’s ran by a bunch of teenagers.

I have never had a hot meal at any Chipolte. Burritos, bowls - the fresh veg is great but all protiens seem to be tap water warm at best and no microwave in sight. Qdoba - hot food but I like the taste of Chip better. Dang. This particular location in AP is a mess. Staff could care less. Always messy but part of blame on lazy patrons refusing to clean up after themselves. A store manager asking people to contact corp is lazy and ridiculous.

Mannn. Took about a hour on DoorDash for them to have the food ready. Didn’t get the burrito and bowl we asked for, but two bowls with the wrong proteins. Second time I’ve received the wrong order. Whatever, it’s still food so I ate it, but stopped the second I bit into a bay leaf with hair on it lmao. You’re not supposed to add the bay leaf with the hair! Come onnnnn. Do better.

Whoever made my order is really disgusting. I ordered a side of tortilla and when I got my order there was rice in it. THEY GAVE ME A USE TORTILLA. I didn’t even get the fajita vegetables and my salad was super watery.I am mainly upset that I was given an old tortilla THAT WAS USED.
The worst location of chipotle you could go to. Rice is hard, veggies are always turning brown. The cooks and workers are very lazy and halfway make all the toppings, I had a whole basil leaf or whatever this is pictured inside of my bowl which should’ve been chopped down. When I went the other day instead of corn “salsa” and pico de gallo, I just had basic CORN and plain TOMATO instead of the salsa versions. The didn’t add the extra ingredients to make it “salsa” because they were too lazy. I opened my vinaigrette and poured it on my dish, and an entire piece of PLASTIC fell into my bowl. I’m highly disappointed and DISGUSTED with this location. Every single person who works here is lazy, even the managers and that’s why the other employees do what they want. They also super chop the chicken and make it super super small so that they can stretch it further and don’t have to make more. It could be 7 o clock and they’ll say they’re out of a specific ingredient and won’t make more. Waste of time and money!

The worst quality food and service of any chipotle I have ever been to. My food was ice cold, portions were inconsistent. The chips tasted like they were rolled in salt. The worst part though was the woman who started our burrito with just rice and then walked away took her gloves off and went on break. Even her coworkers were confused. Drive to the next chipotle location. Do not even step foot on here. It’s garbage.

Store gets a lot of traffic so I can kinda understand when they don’t have straws, or a wait of chicken. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. Went in today for my lunch at around 2, the girl making my bowl never greeted me and then called over another co worker(maybe the manager?), while making my bowl and didn’t actually listen to anything I said, I pointed at what I wanted. White rice was out, no straws, filthy dining room and if I was a betting person I would put money that the pop fountains haven’t been cleaned since they opened, most disgusting pop comes out
