BUT that white girl with the long ponytail looked me dead in my face and didn’t even crack a smile just turned away. She could have just said “we’ll be right with you” cus girl I know you know better

I ordered online for delivery for my daughter and I . The delivery person took my order and coldstones got my money. Coldstones told me to call DoorDash . I did regarding my order and door dash told me to call the merchant. Once I called coldstones back they were very non chalant about my order as in the beginning as if it’s my fault I ordered for delivery! It’s very frustrating that as a customer I get treated like I’m the problem for just simply ordering online . I will never deliver again

The people who work here are really incompetent. I placed an order for a cake. My order got canceled and the girl who answered told me the dasher dropped the cake. Which was a lie. I ordered the cake a second time I paid $70 and received 3 tiny ice creams in a cup. Ridiculous service.

I was a last minute customer, 10 minutes until closed. I just got off work but wanted my niece to get ice cream because she’s been so good and I’m so proud of her accomplishments. So a treat to Cold Stone was in order. Immanuel was my ice cream guy and he was so patient and considerate with my niece who have never been there before. Despite it being close to closing, he got everything I need and didn’t forget stuff that I would forget. The store was very clean and I notice he kept the area very clean as well. Immanuel was the perfect gentleman that gave my niece the perfect ice cream experience and I want to say, THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. Perfect customer service. This is how a customer want to feel and it makes us alway have a great feeling and definitely a place to return to for more ice cream. Make sure to get Immanuel and say Hi. He’s wonderful

We are frequent costumers and today we received the most unprofessional services from the most rudest employee; Naveah. When I started placing my order she instantly had an attitude with me and she kept rolling her eyes at me. I stopped her and asked her for someone else to help me because I was not going to allow someone with an attitude help me out. She yelled at me and told me she was walking away acting like she wanted to fight me. She then said that she did now have an attitude and left to the back room and you could hear her cursing and screaming. A few minutes later she returned to stock the ice cream and she was banging and throwing stuff around while scratching her head and touching her hair and then touching the ice cream. I was in shocked at how cold stone can have someone like Naveah being the face of their business and no one saying anything to her and no management around (I’m hoping she isn’t the manager because that would be a shame and I feel so bad for the other employees) . I want to thank Diego for stepping up and helping us when Naveah walked away cursing.

We're visitng from up north and don't have Cold Stones up there so when we're near we always stop- this was one of the only good experiences we had on our stay- the service was great despite the long line and the ice cream was perfect. Thanks for being the best service we got down here, seems to be rare.

Don't order anything from the girl named Taylor with glasses. She cuts all the portions in half. Forgets half of the stuff even after you tell her two or three times. She is so slow it took 20 minutes to make 3 ice cream. Then forget to make it right after being told 3 times how to. Then got mad because I said forget it.I just will pay for the 2 we had and forget the 3 one .

I did a pick up order and in the email confirmation it says “Go Straight to Order Pickup At the Counter & Tell a Crew Member You Ordered Online.” I waited at the front and nobody acknowledged me. They then cashed somebody out and tried walking away without acknowledging me. I had to tell them that I had an order for pick up that was already paid for. When I opened the bag they put two of my waffle cones at the bottom of the bag… They were obviously broken. Worst cold stone I’ve ever been to.
