I was a last minute customer, 10 minutes until closed. I just got off work but wanted my niece to get ice cream because she’s been so good and I’m so proud of her accomplishments. So a treat to Cold Stone was in order. Immanuel was my ice cream guy and he was so patient and considerate with my niece who have never been there before. We're visitng from up north and don't have Cold Stones up there so when we're near we always stop- this was one of the only good experiences we had on our stay- the service was great despite the long line and the ice cream was perfect. Thanks for being the best service we got down here, seems to be rare.

They need to clean the stone in between orders. My kid's cookies and cream tasted like peanut butter. Also, I think they need a little more training before being left alone in the floor.
