I placed an UberEats order and unfortunately they don’t have pup cups on their menu. And it’s a ritual that I get my dog a pup cup when I get my coffee, so I called the store. A nice woman answered, and I asked if she could put in a pup cup for me and when I got my Uber eats order it was in the bag. I’m so happy she put it on the order! Thanks a latte!

Not only is it crazy that they try to pressure tips through a drive-through, what really gets me? Is that two out of the last three orders my order has been wrong.

I just had the best customer service experience that I have had in probably months. Ebony is amazing. Give this woman a raise. I usually either hit up Tim Hortons McDonald's or dunkin' in the morning and I'm going to be a Dunkin exclusive because of her kindness and customer service.
