It's hard to review a Chinese restaurant as everyone has a different take on what the food is supposed to taste like. However, the food was fresh and delicious. I got the Almond Chicken with beef fried rice. The chicken was crispy, moist, seasoned great and did not taste like dirty oil, and the gravy was homemade. I grew up around the block from their Telegraph location in Dearborn Heights so I’ve been eating their food for quite some time. Bought 2 almond chicken dinners, let me say, I've tried every Chinese restaurant downriver and this is the 1st place to put the gravy over the chicken, it was amazing!!!!! This was my 1st time trying this place and I can't wait to order again! It's that good, egg rolls were fresh and huge!!!!! Big shout-out to Ho's kitchen!!!!
