I ordered honey walnut shrimps,they seemed old.The noodles that came with it were super dry.I threw up after consuming that food.There was a guy named mayron who billed us out.Not friendly attitude at all.I've had panda express many times but this was the worst experience so far

Swear if you get teriyaki chicken be prepared to get just chicken..ive called before my DoorDash was picked up 3 different occasions times still they fail to put sauce.. go work at a grocery store or something.& don’t forget your helmet

They messed our order up then wanted to charge us more for the same food we originally ordered. Check your containers like thoroughly I assumed the food was in the containers but someone decided it was rocket science to put rice and chicken in the box. I work in customer service I would never speak/act the way they did towards a customer esp when I screwed up. Money don’t grow on trees we don’t eat out very often so it sucks when you spend your hard earned money to not get what you ordered it’s very upsetting! Please go to another location even if it’s a bit of a drive. I definitely won’t be back!

I just walked in for walnut shrimp bowl to go and was treated so horrible ? I am mourning a huge loss right now and was still kind and was able to smile just cuz I'm a respectful considerate person. This young girl asked if I was OK in a very mean way all because I didn't want a bag for my food. She said is She OK. My dad said she's OK. And she said are you sure?!! She was cocky as hell! And I still just turned around and smiled when I should of said I've been in hospital watching people die!! That's why I look homeless and my eyebrows are hit?@! What if I wasn't ok? Like mentally ill or had a disease?!! I will Never go back. God sees all.

She did not greet the customers and told me that I was not allowed to sit at a table employees eat at. She also refused to accept the promotion for the free medium drink.At the time I arrived, the location was busy and there was limited seating. I asked the two employees who had available table space if I could join them, the both said no problem!I spoke with the a manager named Ken, who was kind enough to apologize for the situation and provided a coupon for a free panda bowl. However, with a bad apple at this location spoils everything!!Customer service and Cleanliness are not a priority here!

Maybe a little expensive for what you get compared to a more standard Chinese restaurant. But it is convenient & other than either a buffet or a group getting several items & sharing it is a good way to get a few dishes.
