I came through the drive thru and got food for my kids. My son has a sesame seed allergy and she was super accommodating. She went and got a list of exactly what has them so we know what to do avoid. That was awesome of her, and the food was great!
So even though my order was messed up and I had to call, Chris the manager did a fantastic job of talking with me and compensating me for the mistake by offering to replace my entire meal. I was upset but he definitely made me feel like he wanted to make it right. Thanks Chris! Good job bro!
Busy, busy, busy! ...and understaffed for it. We had to wait over 15 minutes for our food to be prepared, but were warned in advance. Despite all the chaos, our orders were perfect when finally received and of course hot and fresh.
The dining room was not very clean, nor was the bathroom. I'm simply stating a fact but do not blame the staff for the conditions one bit! It was all they could do to get food out. Not to mention, we personally witnessed...
