“I walked in to meijer to do some grocery shopping just to get surprised that they had auntie Anne's pretzels here, I was so excited had to get me some ?.I have to admit it was late and I ordered something that wasn't ready already, but Heba was super sweet and had it made for me, I would give this place a 10 for customer service, food, as well as cleanliness.Very good customer service, and love to see a smile on the sales associate faces keep up the awesome work Heba, and I sure will be back ??“

“12/22/25: Haven't been to a Cinnabon in forever(years), and this AA shop is shared/integrated with the Cinnabon shop. I got a regular pretzel with marinara sauce, a Cinnabon, and a strawberry lemonade. The pretzel was good, albeit quite salty, but maybe that's normal for a pretzel, I dunno. Would get it again at least. Lemonade was good, no complaints. Cinnabon was a bit doughy. It was a textbook Cinnabon, no doubt, as there was nothing wrong with it, but I just didn't vibe with the doughiness of the roll, in comparison to cinnamon rolls at a good donut shop.

Staff was extremely professional, and the place was very clean. I usually expect young people playing with their phones and such at these establishments, but no, the ladies behind the counter were dutiful and professional through and through. If you like either CB or AA, then this is certainly a great place to get them from =03.“

“Atmosphere- this location is very clean, everything looked stocked and orderly and the workers looked neat and tidy

Service- the service was fast and friendly.

Food- the food was made fresh and was hot and tasty. Love the frozen lemonades! Prices were very fair.

“I know Auntie Annes been around since 1988 but babyyyyyyy i WAS NOT aware of the level of deliciousness in my Almond Pretzel! My Fav!!!!!!! I could care less about customer service, shot a dog could hand me these pretzels out its very own mouth and ill eat it!!!! Lmboooo gooooo Auntie❤“

“Totally impressed with the young lady working 12/15 around 5pm at the Flatrock Meijer. I needed 2 of the cups and there was only one available. She actually offered to make some for me. I have never had any of the Male workers offer and she was very pleasant. If Ben's needs or wants bigger sales.....simply have someone offering samples. No doubt sales would boom!! They are soooooo good. A free bite sample after shopping offered by a person, I don't think many people would pass them up.“
